Yes. Paste the barcode or reference from your Royal Mail proof of posting, choose Royal Mail, and ParcelOffice formats the link correctly.
Can I add multiple tracking entries?
Add as many shipments as you need. Each save sends the new tracking number to the customer while keeping the history inside the order.
Will customers receive duplicate emails?
No. ParcelOffice suppresses duplicate sends and only emails when a new tracking entry is saved.
Can staff without full admin rights add tracking?
Yes. Granular capabilities let you grant the manual tracking panel to fulfilment or support roles without exposing sensitive store settings.
What if I move to automated labels later?
Manual entries remain available, but you can enable auto-labels and auto-tracking for selected carriers whenever you are ready.
