Supported services
- Courier collection
- ParcelShop drop-off
- Locker to home
Requirements
- Evri Business credentials or API key.
- Pickup addresses per warehouse (ParcelOffice supports multiple).
- Rules that choose standard vs next-day vs ParcelShop.
Label types & manifests
ParcelOffice prints Evri 4×6 labels and automatically produces the manifest for Courier/ParcelShop collections, so staff do not need to log into the Evri portal to close the bag.
Tracking behaviour
Tracking references are validated for length/format, converted into a clickable Evri URL, and surfaced in WooCommerce emails plus the My Account timeline.
Known limits
- Locker availability is dictated by Evri’s API; ParcelOffice surfaces the returned locker name in the order timeline.
- Edits to a ParcelShop location require cancelling/re-printing per Evri policy.
Quick setup
- Connect Evri to ParcelOffice and set default services.
- Define rules for ParcelShop vs courier thresholds.
- Invite suppliers (optional) so they can paste tracking without accessing the rest of WooCommerce.
