DPD labels in WooCommerce

Print DPD Predict, Classic, Local, and multi-parcel consignments straight from WooCommerce, complete with proactive tracking.

Supported services

Requirements

  1. DPD API credentials (Delis ID, password, account number).
  2. Sender addresses and depot codes defined per warehouse.
  3. Rules mapping product attributes to the correct DPD service code.

Label types

ParcelOffice generates 4×6 labels with parcel numbering for multi-piece shipments. References (customer order, pick ticket, etc.) can be populated automatically for easier reconciliation.

Tracking behaviour

Predict SMS/email is sent by DPD, while ParcelOffice still injects the tracking link into WooCommerce emails and My Account entries. Support staff always know which parcel belongs to which order, even when the shipment splits.

Known limits

Quick setup

  1. Install ParcelOffice and add your DPD credentials.
  2. Select default services and printers per warehouse.
  3. Test a Predict shipment, confirm tracking, then roll out to production.

Troubleshooting FAQ

Which depot code should I enter?

Use the depot supplied by your DPD account manager. ParcelOffice supports multiple depots if you fulfil from different locations.

Why is DPD rejecting some consignments?

DPD rejects parcels without length/width/height. Add rule defaults or capture the dimensions at product level.

Do customers still get Predict alerts?

Yes. DPD sends Predict SMS/email, and ParcelOffice complements it with your branded email + WooCommerce status updates.
